IIT Offers B.Tech program in Regular mode only. Pursuing it you can't do B.Sc. in Science Subjects.
After completing your B.Tech. if your still want a Science Degree, then you can directly pursue M.Sc. in the relevant subject

Please remember if you wish to build you career specifically in the field of hospitality and related sector only in that case you may consider pursuing MBA in hospitality.
