It is unlikely that you will get admission anywhere with this percentage, especially in your degree. Lesser opted countries may be an option but no guarantee you will get a job or visa. There are certain requirements or standards you must meet.

Hello Ali,
Visa processing time for a student visa is 7 weeks as per CIC. Hence at least start the application process by October last week or November 1st week for January 2019 intake. Make sure you go through the GIC process, whether you come under SDS category or not. You will play a safe game.

No, without this also you can do MBA. If you apply for freshers MBA in the UK, there no need of GMAT or GRE. If in your class 10th and 12th exams, you scored more than 70% in English, you can get an exemption for IELTS or TOEFL.
