hi phani, welcome to https://shiksha.com , thanks manmeet for tagging me and phani according to german education most of the universities are accepted a 4 year degree rather than a 3 year and the education is absolutely free for international qualified students as MSK said uk is the best option for a 3 year degree and in germany also the 3 year degree is there eligible for only diploma degrees but not master degrees and i will letting you know the details to you soon
