However, I would say that Faculty, Course Material, Quality Education, Fees, Accreditation, Infrastructure and Placements are the factors that define a good and reputed institute.
Becoming a journalist can be a fun and rewarding job, but getting that job starts with a good education and a desire to work hard. Journalism is a passion. You must love competition, have a sense for hard-nosed reporting, and love to write.
If you are committed to become a journalist, I may suggest you with the following steps:-
1. Choose the right college: an accredited school that not only offers journalism degree, but a place to practice your craft.
2. Decide which type of journalism you're going to pursue: Journalists work in all types of media including newspapers, magazines, photo, television and online.
3. Get an internship: it will provide real-world experience and give you an in at at least one media outlet.
4. Start networking: Go to different journalism conventions and job fairs throughout the year.

As education in Germany is Government funded, you might have to give a minimal fee of 140-500 euros.
For admissions you might have to give GRE, IELTS, TOEFL or any other exam as required by the university.

Also, as a friend I would suggest you to go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.
