It is good placements record in MBA HR. XLRI promotes diversity and freshers are given equal opportunities as compared to a person having work experience. So don't worry about that. Placement in HR at you specified college is average in terms of salary and also not a single big firm participates in the recruitment process for HR roles. And, salary is also not good, hardly any student goes beyond 8L/A. But yes, like other experts, said you do get chance to sit in front of recruiters.
