You can quit, but the initial semester fees which you paid by SBI collect will not be refunded. The scholarship forms are not filled out in the very early stage so you don't have to worry about that.

Yes, because of the reason that you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you secured less percentile in JE Mains, that is 51 percentile, With this you cannot get into any NIT.
