The University of Mysore offers M.Sc. (two-year) course in a full-time mode. Additionally, it is offered in multiple specialisations, including Computer Science, Psychology, Mathematics, etc. Admission to the PG course is entrance-based. Postgraduate Entrance Exam (PGEE) conducted by Mysore University is accepted for M.Sc. Admissions. Further, it is necessary that each aspirant meet the minimum eligibility criteria of a UG degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Hence, the University of Mysore will allot seats to the students on the basis of their academic records and PGEE score. Furthermore, for admission to M.Sc. Biotechnology, the university accepts GAT-B exam scores.
