the admission process is as follows:
You will have to fill an online application form before 5th January, 2015 at : http://www.jbims.edu/admission
The admissions to M.M.S. programme of JBIMS will be on the basis of CAT 2014 and/or MH-CET 2015 scores. And for all NRI, Foreign national and PIO applicants, GMAT is the mandatory exam.
JBIMS will shortlist candidates based on their CAT or MH-CET scores. These candidates will have to appear for an in-person assessment that may consist of a group activity, personal interview and written ability test to be held at Mumbai. For foreign nationals, residing outside India, interviews will be conducted over Skype. A candidate will be admitted based on the combined scores of this personal assessment along with their past academic and extra-curricular achievements.
Thus, you can apply through CAT scores or GMAT (if you are an NRI/Foreign National or PIO).
But, you can still take the MH CET 2015 exam, as it will be held in March-April. Visit www.dte.org.in for details on CET exam.

Vaishali As per the delhi government notification the Essential Qualifications: TGT English, (I) "A Bachelor's Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent from a recognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate, in two school subjects of which English is one elective subject in graduation.
(II) Degree/Diploma in Training Education or SAV certificate. (III) Working knowledge of Hindi. (IV) Central Teacher Eligibility Test Conducted by CBSE.
N.B. :- "The candidate should have studied the subject concerned as mentioned in the RRs in all parts/years of graduation. The "elective" word may also include main subject as practiced in different Universities".
As it is clear from the notification that English is one subject is necessary in every year of graduation. As per your query it is very clear that you are not possessing English as one subject in graduation. As you mention you have studied English in one year of your B.Com it seems you are not studied English as a subject but studied as a part of foundation course. so you are not eligible.

The Basic eligibility criteria to join Merchant Navy is:
Aspirant must have passed 12th class with physics, chemistry and maths as their main subject.
They must have completed their graduation in the field of Marine Engineering or Nautical Science to join the engineering or navigation fields in the merchant navy.
Candidates completing their graduation in Technical, Mechanical or electrical engineering field are applicable to join the Merchant Navy as Fifth Engineer or Engine Cadet.
