Aspirant must have passed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum two years of work experience in the aviation industry.

Its depend on which position you working currently in that company and what are promotion scope in that company and in last 9 year of service in that company how many promotion you have in your career?
Its tough to be at CEO position in top most company like TATA Reliance etc
CEO there are relatives or close person of that companies Director also in other case you need to have hard work look at what are the promotion Criteria in that company and work accordingly to achieve it CEO is the position mostly given to Key person of that Company who is responsible for overall operations of company in all Departments

You could also work freelance and work is mostly awarded based on skills and capabilities exhibited by you.
You could certainly do Vfx Pro or Digital Media course after X Standard. Its a skill based industry. Identify top few Institutes in your city by online research & visit top 5 institutes. You may do your own analysis to identify most appropriate option

Vijayta, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are lregistered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even vfx/ animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. There is also an intermediate path in games design and development. Wish you the best for your career.
