Don't get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Hackers mean thieves. No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
What I would rather recommend you is go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data. These jobs work on the same logic that the best thief can protect the data in the best way.
For the same, you can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses (all modules) followed by networking and CCNA/CCNB (CISCO) courses.

You have options of doing and excel in degrees such as M.Com, MBA, MCA, PG Diplomas, industry certifications, LLB etc. M.Com focuses on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subjects and prepares you for finance and accounting jobs in enterprises.
MBA is a generic course on business management and administration and it focuses on functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources and operations. MBA provides wider options in different functions and various types of industries. Although, you must do post graduate degree based on your interest area, I will recommend MBA with finance specialization for better career opportunities and growth.

It's good to hear that you have such a high ambition in your career. As you have set your ambition so high, so you should also be aware that you need to work really hard. You should understand the basics of physics, chemistry, mathematics and computers that you will be learning in class 11th and 12th.
You should ensure that your marks are above 80 percent in class 12th board examinations. Along with these, you also need to prepare for competitive exams. Books for preparations for IIT-JEE / AIEEE are easily available in the market. It is recommended that you join a good IIT coaching institute as well. They will help you to understand the concept better. They also take periodic tests which help you analyze how much are you prepared and how much more effort you need to put.
Then, you need to apply and appear for IIT-JEE Mains and IIT-JEE Advanced after completing your class 12th board examination and score good.
I wouldn't recommend dropping a year or so after class 12th board examinations for preparations for competitive entrance examinations.
However, I would also advice you to appear for other entrance examinations as well. This serves as a backup plan if things don't end up as per you had planned. You should also appear for AIEEE and state level examinations (COMEDK for Karnataka, EAMCET for Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, OJEE for Odisha etc.). The more the entrance examinations you appear for, the more options you will have for choosing colleges.

Option 1: CA with correspondence B.Com
Pros:
1. You will have a lot of time to attend CA coaching, self-study and focus solely on CA.
2. There will be no attendance hassles.
3. Even, if you can't clear CA in first attempt you will at least get a graduation degree.
Cons:
1. If you are unable to clear CA after the completion of B.Com. I seriously doubt if finding a job with a correspondence B.Com degree will be easy.
2. Until and unless done from a good institute a correspondence graduation will not help in shaping your career in any way.
Option 2: Regular B.Com from DU & CA
Pros:
1. You will get a reputed graduation degree and even if their attendance is compulsory the studies will only help you with those common subjects.
2. In case, you are unable to clear CA in first attempt a good graduation will help you in landing job. You will then have options to consider alternate career choices such as CS, CFA, Actuaries, etc.
Cons:
1. You will need to really work on time management, as it will drain out energy and you will need to work twice as hard to pull these two things together.
2. It will not leave you the time (to party with friends and socialize) as compared to your other friends and may make you feel frustrated. But, you must remember that once you make it through you will not even remember these 2-3 years and in the longer run in life, it will not really matter.
