Hello Vaisak, entry to engineering colleges is through KEAM. This is not connected with fees. Fees are normally charged by different colleges differently. This is based on very many factors including facilities offered by the college. All states are supposed to have a committee to decide fees that can be charged by private colleges. I will advise you to visit web page of the college where you intend seeking admission.

You should analyse the theme of your topic. Compress it into one topic sentence. On the basis of that sentence, elaborate your ideas. You should explain all the points. Don't leave anything vague. Your audience should also understand what you have in mind. Give examples and illustrations. But, don't take up too many ideas.

Guide-Level 11

Hi,
To pursue Diploma after class 10th is not fruitful for you and it has no use too. If you are very much interested in business area, first you take commerce stream in PUC/class 12th and then BBA. After completing BBA, you can go for MBA.
All the best.
