No, students cannot be admitted to Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences without undergoing entrance exams. The students have to take entrance exams for the respective fields and have to pass those appearing for admission. If a student wishes to take admission in engineering, she/he must take entrance exams like JEE Mains. In the case of those students who wish to take admission for medicine, they must take entrance examinations like NEET. There are some courses other than medical or technical that require separate courses that do not require an entrance exam, such as B.Sc, BA, etc. Hence there would be no entrance exams

Yes, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences accepts the scores for JEE mains. If you are willing to take admission BTech from this college then you can take admission by JEE Mains score. Also they do admission by TNEA coucelling. So these are your two options. They accept TANCET/GATE exams score if any student is willing to take admission in MTech.

If you are confused between both of these institutes to pursue B Pharma, Saveetha University will be a better answer for you. This can be justified be seeing rankings for both of these Institutes. Saveetha University is ranked #18 in the field of medical by NIRF, while SRIHER is ranked #21 in the same field by NIRF. B-Tech is considered as the top course at saveetha university because of thier industry exposure programs and OBE learnings system or obejctive based learning system. Saveetha University is a very good option if you want to make your bright career, So taking about the facts that make this university diffrent from other universities is its rankings and campus life. It is ranked #262 out of 876 in india, which is a very good ranking. Also it is ranked #12 out of 25 in chennai. There are many good extra co-curicular activities at the university which gives the students various opportunities to show up thier skills, other than the normal syllabus. Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences is not very Expensive, The most expensive course at this University is MBA which costs 3.5 lacs for 1 year. And the cheapest course is Bp.ed which costs 30k per year. Looking at these figures it can be said that this University is not very expensive. Mostly colleges charge more than 3.5 lacs for MBA on an average basis. If you are willing to take admission at this University you should not only consider the fees factor but you should consider other factors too like placements, infrastructure, faculty etc.
