All the three countries you mentioned, are among the best study destination to pursue MBA, all these countries have some of the best universities to pursue MBA, a MBA degree from universities in these countries are world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
In order to pursue MBA from these countries, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized universities.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6.5-7 bands plus.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
Besides this above mentioned eligibility criteria, to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you also need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year. Fees will vary from university to university and country to country, hence you must check with each university individually for their fee structure.

Its good to know that, you wish to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
So if you wish to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after graduation, and than apply for MBA.
