As your are pursuing under graduate course in EEE, it would be always advisable for you to pursue MS in same or related fields as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.

I would suggest you to concentrate more on your B.TECH because the graduation results also matter. You may start of with your preparations for MBA once you enter 4th year.

Not all institutes are approved. And instead of part time course for MBA it will be better to do it through distance education so that you save 1 year of time. Some of the institutions offering MBA through distance education are highly reputed.

M.Tech & MCA it has a clear advantage. Though both are master degrees, M.Tech will lead to master degree in professional course and therefore lead to higher opportunities both in industry and academy.
Therefore, M.Tech after MCA gives an edge over any other bachelor degree in India and also makes you equivalent to your M.Tech peers,by doing M.Tech you can go in research field and education field in enginering college.
