Both the courses have their own positive aspects. Candidates with good aptitude for numbers and interest in economics and financial management can go for MBA in Finance. Those who are interested to work in the role of Senior Accountant or other related job positions can choose M.Com.

You can do your MBA immediately after your graduation(Freshers) or after getting enough work experience(Experienced).
Freshers prefers to do MBA when they are least interested in core subjects or core jobs but got very good leadership and management qualities so that they can make into a management profile instead of technical profile. Also the pay scale after MBA is very high which is the main catch of many candidates joining b schools.
Experience Candidates prefer to do MBA if they want a salary hike or a better job profile. After doing MBA they can directly land in the middle level or higher level jobs in an organization. So MBA acts as a bypass for them. They will get better job in a short span of time where it will take more years without MBA.
If you are clear that you are least interest in core jobs you can do MBA after your final year. But if you are interested in core jobs and subjects do your job first and after some years you will be in a situation to do MBA or M.Tech for better profile. At that time go for your PG. Sometimes your success will lies in the hands of M.Tech who knows. So choose wisely.
