As the medium of education in universities abroad is english, so all the international students whose first or native language is not english have to take either IELTS or TOEFL test to prove their english language proficiency.
As per your profile, as you have completed MCA, so pursuing MBA would be the best option for you as it would further enhance your career prospects.
In Europe, UK is the best study destination to pursue MBA, however, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS.
