You can get a job in a private bank for branch banking, corporate banking, wholesale banking, etc. Since, you have taken marketing, then you can consider a core sales profile. There are few institutes offering crash courses on the banking procedures and help further placements.

The average placement for mechanical is something around Rs 8-9 lakhs per annum. But I have to say that this is for core companies. A large number of the mechanical get placed in non-tech companies or opt for govt. jobs . Please upvote the answer to allow me to continue answering.

You cannot apply for a student visa without an acceptance letter from an university. Talking about your diploma, you must have valid documents proving that you are qualified to apply, a registration certificate won't help. Evidence of funds would also be required.
