You can apply to many B school, but for sure no premier b school would entertain your CV as you haven't given any India level entrance test. Though some of the b school have their own entrance test on which they select students. Would suggest you to give one of the entrance test to get into a premier b school for MBA. All the best.

Sorry to inform you, but no government college entertains such low percentile. I will suggest you to work more hard and appear in CAT next year to get better percentile. This would surely help you to get a premier b school. Patience pays off.

Yes, a PGDM is considered to be equal to an MBA in India. There are various elite B-schools such as SP Jain, MDI, XLRI, etc. which do not give an MBA degree but are quite renowned for their excellent placements.

Hi,
Even though you have a great academic record but CAT Percentile is not enough to get admission in a decent college. If you have given XAT or CMAT and have checked a good score, you can fill the application of the colleges.
