With regards to placements Marketing ranks first then finance, HR, Operations and systems in this order .
Faculty is excellent ,showing highly professional behaviour when it comes to class conduct and extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise.

Since, you are happy with your MNC job, you could try for taking a sabbatical from your employer for completion of the course, this way you are minimizing your risk and have the guarantee of getting back to the job with the same company on completion of the MBA.
Campus packages depend on a lot of factors, wherein most of them are not in any ones control. You can check with FMS-BHU on this as they will have the required data with them.
