Hello Vitesh, In India, universities do not conduct Diploma courses and hence, do not award any Diploma certificate. It's invariably the directorate of technical education of the state which regulates admission, syllabus, conduct of exams and award of certificate. Normally speaking the institutions conducting these courses are called as polytechnics.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Namitha, I am afraid with the tentative figure that you are mentioning, it would be pretty tough to find an institution. However, I would like to advise you that please approach an agency dealing with sending students to Canada for undergraduate studies to know different nuances by which you can still proceed to Canada with this budget.
Best wishes to you.

You need not worry as there is no admission test for undergraduate courses in commerce. You just need to have consistent and sound scorecards of class 10th and 12th.
