As you have completed diploma after 10th, it would be advisable to complete schooling (12th) first. Then, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
To take admission, there is Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
