After 12th in Science, you have many course options.
* If you have studied Biology, Physics and Chemistry, you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
* If you have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 12th then, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
* Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
* You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

As you have shown interest in B.Tech, to pursue :
* You need to complete 12th with 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from a recognized board.
* You need to sit for an entrance exam.

As you wait for more answers, here is some advice. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
