1) To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, there are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- Your age must be between 17-23 years.
- You need to appear in entrance exam. Some of the entrance exams are :
JEE Advanced: Joint Entrance Exam Advanced
JEE Main: Joint Entrance Exam Main
ATIT: All India Admission Test Icfai University
BITSAT: Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test
Chandigarh Admission: Joint Admission Committee, Chandigarh
MUOET: Manipal University Online Entrance Test
Symbiosis SET: Symbiosis Institute Entrance Test
Thapar: Thapar University Admission
VITEEE: VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
2) Some of the colleges offering B.Tech are :
