Hi Mitesh, IELTS is an exam for English language proficiency which you must clear to study in Canada right. Colleges have different IELTS score requirement. If you want to study in Canada then you must start the application process and taking these tests like IELTS around one year before your desired intake. If you want to apply for September intake of this year then it is too late especially the universities. You can still have a chance with some SPP colleges but if you want to apply then start immediately. You must also know the college application deadlines yourself, visit the websites of the colleges to learn these and then apply.

Hi Rakesh Soni,
Very sorry to say but 44% is not a recognised percentage in Germany. In fact not only in Germany yor score will not be accepted by any reputed country and university. You should see private colleges in India if you are in India or check any distance learning college.
