There is no college of CA for doing CA. You need to go to CA Institute for registration. After registration of your CA foundation course which is the first level of CA, you need to give foundation exam. After clearing your foundation exam, the second stage is IPCC. There are two groups in IPCC. You need to clear both the groups. After clearing at least one group, you can join for articleship which is for 3 years and that is compulsory for everyone. After completing your articleship and clearing your both IPCC groups, you are going for final level that is CA final. There are two groups of final. After clearing your both groups, you are officially declared as a CA by CA Institute. This is the process of CA.

If you are planning to study abroad, the admission process will require you to give one language exam and one standardized exam. However, depending on the country, course or college you are targeting, you may be exempt from standardized exams, but you would still be required to take one language exam to show English language proficiency.
