No, the KTET result will not be prepared based on the provisional answer key. The provisional answer key is released by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan (KPB) to give candidates an opportunity to raise objections if they find any discrepancies in the answers. The provisional answer key is subject to change based on the objections raised by the candidates. After considering all the objections raised by the candidates, the KPB releases the final answer key.
