Yes, without any doubt, Chandigarh University is definitely the best place to study Mechanical Engineering. The number of placements and patents filed is one the highest in North India.

If you are from PCM then you should be able to do both B.Tech or BBA 

But if you are from commerce background you should not be eligible for btech 

In my perspective you should do B.Tech first after this you go for Masters then do MBA
