It is good to take both.You have one additional subject stress more on other which is not additional .There is good career options you can appear for both engineering (IIT,AIEEE etc) and medical exam(PMT,AIIMS etc).Thus you have many options select that in which you have interest and you can better do in that field.BEST OF LUCK for your bright futur
