What i understand from your question is dropping an uear for preparing for IIT . If it is the target and if you have the confidence that you are going to crack Sear in engg either through IIT/AIEE/or through any state uni then you can go for a drop and prepare for your iit with total concentration.

Hi Uddhav, City of London College unfortunately does not provide a MBA in IT but they do provide MSc Computing (Management of Business Information Technology).
If you are keen on going for MBA in IT, you can apply to Coventry University. It is always recommended to apply to Universities than colleges.

In order to pursue MS in US you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60%.
GRE score of 1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.

Keep you choices as first priority. e.g. if you wish to do Mechanical Engineering then while filling form select Mech as first prefrence. Select college according to previous year admission records. e.g. if for Mech Somaiya needed 160 lst year and you have 160+ then opt Somaiya as top choice. (This was an example only. if you want to opt for medical line, you should definitely take biology. but given the scope of medical in india,. it would be better if you keep other options open by taking maths along with it.
