VIT is the best option among these. Firstly, because of 100% placements and better placements then other colleges. It comprises of a good infrastructure as well. If you want to do higher studies as well then VIT is best option because VIT has a lot of reputation outside India as compared to other institutions.
Among SRM and KIIT, SRM is definitely the better choice. It is more like VIT.
Good luck

It depends on what criteria you are looking at.According to fee KIIT would cost you Rs 3 lakh whereas ITER will cost you Rs 1 lakh 95 thousand. If you stay here look for locational preferences first because the college can have extra classes and many activities.KIIT should be preferred if you are looking for exposure and other curricular activities with studies. But I have completed a year in ITER and the faculty is very good.Basically same course less money same faculty choose ITER but if you are going to be a host elite or want exposure and a very small bit of better job opportunity prefer KIIT.

As someone studying at LPU, I can say it's an excellent choice for Mechanical Engineering. The curriculum is industry-aligned with hands-on labs, real projects, and strong faculty support that helped me build core skills. LPU's industry tie-ups and placement support give great opportunities for internships and jobs, making it a smart choice for Mechanical Engineering.

Both are good universities. It depends on your rank as if your rank is less in SRMJEEE and you don't get a good campus then you must try for KIIT University. Both have good faculty and placement assistance.
All the best.

As you have mentioned that you are not sure of getting 75% in boards, 40000 rank in JEE Mains is enough for you to grab NIT/IIIT/State government colleges but you need 75% in boards to be eligible for admission. Only private colleges can give you relaxation in board percentage, so you can try in JIIT-Noida and many other private colleges in your city.

Atleast a score of 100+ is needed to get the lowest preferred branch in VJTI.
At 130+, there are slim chances of getting computer science. So, to be on safer side try to maintain 150+.
