Degrees awarded by deemed Universitirs are valid for all Government & Private jobs and Higher studies in India or abroad. These institutions degree are far superior to majority of central or state governments Universities. BITS Pilani is the most recognized and accepted Institute in International market after legacy IITs.

Hi Kunal,
Many universities like NITs, DTU, IIITH, Ashoka University, BITS Pilani, Jindal etc take admission through SAT but mainly SAT is considered if you are an NRI or a foreign citizen. Check with the universities if they will accept SAT for Indian students. Also find out about scheme called DASA. You can also check here:

Hello Abhishek,
As per NIRF rankings 2017, Anna University has been ranked in the 6th or 7th position and after the top IITs like Bombay, madras etc. means after some IITs (top ones) Anna University is the better option.
It is a state government college so that it offers a lower fee and a better education with good placements. You need to have a good aggregate out of 200 in PCM like 197/200.

Admission in PICT is through MHCET.
For all india seats, JEE marks are considered.
Next to impossible to get computer engineering in PICT general category with this score.

The eligibility criteria for doing BCA is 10+2 with maths as a subject in majority of Universities. Some Universities such as IGNOU or Symbiosis University, etc. allow non-maths students also to do BCA. Admission in BCA is based on entrance examinations. IGNOU is a central university and degrees awarded by University are valid for higher studies and job. BCA by distance learning from IGNOU is a good option.
