Yes, of course you can pursue your Masters in computer Science and after B.Tech course you can go with either M.Tech course or MBA depending on your interest as both are good. Good luck.

Being the economics students, you can pursue some course related to Finance, Investment or Risk Management. Based on the industry trends, the skills of 'Advance statistics', 'Data Analytics', and 'Machine Learning' are highly expected from Finance and Economics students. It depends from college to college. Some nits have annual fees of INR. 1.5lakh and some are little bit lower around INR. 1.2 lpa. But, fees of IITs are around INR. 1.6 lpa or above. So, IITs are more costly. But, who cares for that cost, which is making your life better in future. Also, people get various types of scholarships, so fees are no longer a burden to them.
