Marine engineering, I think is not related to JEE Main exam, because they have their own entrance test. So, most probably your son has to clear that, but if it is based on mains then you can apply for that.

I think you can change it by submitting an affidavit signed by registered government. Officer and an undertaking signed by you. All rules and regulations are subjected to the JEE advance conducting body.

Hi Devyansh,
I am afraid to tell you that with no maths background, you cannot take admission in SSCBS. In order to take admission there, you must have to score good marks on DU-JAT. And the primary condition for this exam is that you must have maths in your class 12th.

As IEM is a popular private engineering college so I don't think that you are eligible for CSE branch there, being in safe side you must have rank under 30000 in CRL for the desired branch.

For MBA, you need to complete your Bachelor's degree and then only you can go for MBA or PGDM program. So, complete your degree and then give entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT and NMAT and than apply for the college.

Your board score does not matter here. The rank in the entrance exam will decide whether you can get admission in Mumbai University or not for b tech. But for non b tech courses, you will not able to get a seat with 59.8% in class 12th board. Best of luck.
