I would like to tell you that with Indian Economy Booming at an exorbidant rate, and with our GDP growth more than 8%, it is the hospitality industry and all the hotels which are slated to grow here. If you look at the current trend, Hotels are hiring in Bulk for the Hospitality Management institutes and MBA Colleges.

I would say just like Delhi, Education in Chandigarh as well has become quite competitive, so, with the score you have got it seems difficult to get through any good colleges like DAV. However, I would suggest you to try with some of the private Institutes or few of the institutes like GCCBA which conducts Entrance Examination for B.Com admission, so if you perform well in the Entrance you may stand a chance to get through.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up icon.
