I think for getting admission with any of good colleges need 60 % marks. Also the market for marine engineers is flooded and on top of it the course fees is also quite expensive. If at all your interested its good for you to take mechanical engineering initially and look how the shipping sector is growing next 4 yrs and if its booming, you could do Graduate Marine Engineering (GME) which is 1 yr course and get into shipping. If you have enough financial background, never get into shipping, shipping is not a white collared job. You have to be ready to dirty your clothes any time and sweat a lot before you could earn those lakh's salary.

Bharti Vidyapeeth Pune is also quite reputed and more so in the western part of India. With the marks that you have obtained may be admission in NIT's would be a bit difficult.

M.Tech. Robotics as a specialization is not offered by any AICTE approved institutions. However, IITs offer flexible optional subjects during M.Tech. courses in which one can choose robotics. In any case, robotics is multi-disciplinary subjects involving programming, electronics, electrical and mechanical knowledge. After, BCA/B.Sc. one has to do MCA/M.Sc. and then only one can apply for M.Tech. through GATE exam (if you want to do from IITs or NITs)
However, if you have just passed 12th, then go for B.E./B.Tech. which would take 4 years, instead of 5 years which it will take to do MCA/M.Sc.
