Dear you can get any good college and university on the basis of these marks in JEE but counseling plays an important role. So, keep all your options open. There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they also offer scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
These universities also provide placement assistance to their students and groom them well for their big day.
Best of luck.

Hi Bhakti
After BscIT you have mainly tow options
1) MCA
2) MscIT
For better job opportunity i will advise you to join MCA but do it only if you are good in mathematics because in MCA and MCA entrance you have to study maths as most BscIT student feel difficult to study maths so better think before making any decision.
1) Msc IT is two year course MCA is three year course
2) Msc IT focus on various IT or Web related study with some sort of programming where in MCA you have to learn so much of programming and Math.
3) I have also heard that from 2013 session BCA and BscIT student can take direct admission in MCA second year via lateral entry
