you can surely go for BCA, and not only simple BCA, now a days in India there is a scope of cyber security experts so there is a program named as IGCS, in which a student is offered BCA from IGNOU and an international diploma in cyber security from London. So i guess it will be more beneficial for you to have dual specialization.

If to talk about simple graduation say B.com or BA then they are not costly whether you are applying it from any university. To talk about career, they are not having very much scope in any field. You can try for specialised graduation like IGCS, a combo graduation in Cyber security (BCA from IGNOU and International diploma in cyber security). when it comes to fee structure its only 1,50,000 for 3 years.
