Ajinkya if you got less marks in JEE then go for private universities. They not only offer admission on the basis of JEE test but also on the basis of your marks in 12th as well as their own tests. So, you surely can get admission in B.Tech in this manner.

Dear Ruchi if you just want to teach small children only then go for ETT/ NTT course. But if you are interested in teching students of higher classes then go for B.Ed/ M.Ed.
Almost all universities offer these courses.
