The decision is entirely dependent on your interest areas and your skills. You need to first of understand the scope of each of these areas. Like if you choose civil engineer you will find opportunities in the construction business. After ECE there will be opportunities in the electronics and telecom sector and after CSE opportunities in the field of software programming, networking etc will be available. You should choose the stream best suited to you.

Vinaya you can't hope of getting admission on the basis of your JEE score as you won't be getting a good college.
Option for you is try in reputed private universities where you can get admission on the basis of your marks in 12th or tests conducted by them only.
Good luck.

Aditi go for B.Com, BBA, B,Com Professional. After this if you have interest in teaching then go for M.Com otherwise MBA would be a good option for corporate job.
Many universities also offer integrated B.Com-MBA, BBA-MBA courses too which are a good option.
Another option very popular these days is integrated B.Com LLB due to too much emphasis on taxation laws.
All these are very good options for you so check websites some of the universities to know about the details of these courses.

Usman you have not specified what have you done.
If you have done 12th then go for integrated diploma B.tech course in CSE to become a computer engineer.
In case you are a graduate then you can't do engineering as such as it will be waste of time for you to go back to diploma etc. In this case you go for MCA-M.Tech and you can get a job in good IT company but you wont be referred to as a engineer.
Good luck.
