Hi,
Yes; a student who is weak in English can surely pursue MBA provided he fulfils the eligibility criteria for admission.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

After completing class 12th with Commerce stream you may consider pursuing some of the below mentioned courses:
-Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
