Well, B.E and B.Tech are both graduate programs. Entrance level exams and 10+2 is minimum to secure admissions into each of these. They last for 4 years - 8 semesters. The course contents are different for the 2, however, neither one is preferred over the other.
BE has more theory-based, and knowledge and innovation based learning methodology.
B.Tech has practical application and skill-based studies. Both include internships and projects.
