However, since the culture in the south is slightly conservative and strict, the atmosphere of the college might treat students a bit harshly. Candidates who want to pursue Masters degree programmes in Science should have completed three-years Bachelor degree programme in a related stream from a recognized university.
Some universities specify a cutoff or minimum marks that one should have in graduation to be eligible for the M.Sc programmes they offer. Others might ask applicants to appear for entrance exams or interviews or both to prove their competence and knowledge in the subject area they choose.
Higher study options after completing B.Sc in Mathematics:-
Master of Science in Financial Mathematics
Master of Science in Social Research Methods and Statistics
