ECE branch has wide applications and also placement is good. On the other hand, Aerospace is a very specialised branch and hence jobs are very few. In view of this, I would advise you to go for ECE.

JIIT noida does not offer mechanical .
JSS and JIIT both are good but difference is in crowd. In JIIT you will find some of the riches, but in JSS most of student are from different parts of UP.

I suggest that youi better do BS instead of BE in CSE. SSIM has a great relationship with the corporate world and SSIM has a track record of 98% placement every year. Mostly Marketing batch has an advantage over here in SSIM the company's are coming more of Marketing job profile. Then PGDM Triple Specialization, BIFAAS and HR for this three courses have a decent placement number. The companies visiting the campus are Deloitte, Tata Financial Services, Berger Paints, Invesco, etc.
