IELTS or TOEFL is not required in Singapore if you passed out from an English medium school. But confirm the same from the university.

You can opt for relevant courses from colleges like IISER, NISER, IITs, IAST, Delhi University, Osmania University, etc.

 

In order to get admission into these colleges, you will have to clear relevant entrance exams like IISER Aptitude Test, NEST Exam, and CUET for Delhi University. There are different exams for different institutes.

You will surely be able to get a seat in colleges of Delhi if branch is not a major issue for you because seats in Delhi are mostly reserved so you can't expect much.

For OBC category, 48000.
