Hi,
This is a very generic query and is a matter of personal choice and priorities. Also, your query is incomplete because you did not mention your stream etc. Earn a Bachelor's degree if you want to study further and have good career prospects. Please figure out your interests and career plans and decide.

I am also from the BSEB board and currently doing work in private it sector. You should try air force and navy jobs in the defence. They will provide you complete degree of graduation as well. You need to apply for the defence job vacations every year. However, for this year you can try for Navy job whose date has not passed yet. Try to concentrate more on English while preparing for the post. Once your apprentice will be done with the defence you can also choose to work in defence as IT professional.

You can do it in Madhya Pradesh. There are some institutions in Bhopal, Gwalior and Indore which are good. Two of them are Amity University, Gwalior and School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Indore. If you want to do it outside you can do it in Delhi. There are many colleges under DU whose Mass Communication is really good. You can also try for St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

As per the eligibility criteria for admission in NITs, The candidate should have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks (Genl+OBCs) in 10+2 with maths, because you are just short with the NITs admission criteria. Hence your admission is not possible.

I would say marketing has more scope than HR. Every startup, domestic, and MNC is always in look for Marketing professionals in India. Growth opportunities are huge in marketing than in HR. The package is also good if you meet the target. Marketing is an exciting job to take up. I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 37 as per the NIRF ranking 2021. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). The best thing about LPU about placement is that they provi

You should try in lower NITs. I think you may get one in spot round. Chances are also there for Punjab Engineering College. You can try JAC Chandigarh counselling. UIET Punjab University is far better than lower NITs. Also, you will get LNMIIT, Jaipur and JIIT, Noida, sector-62.

Finance is good in banks and organizations. HR is very much support based until and unless you join core industry. There are a lot of HR jobs and roles but finance dominates.
