Since you hold MCA that is master degree applying for another master degree in Canada will be very difficult. What you should study among M.Tech and MS is something you have to decide now. Ask yourself, why do you want to pursue M.Tech or MS? Are you even eligible for M.Tech? No, you are not. It's an engineering degree so you cannot apply for an engineering course. If you want to do MS then you have to be highly academic since MS programs in Canada are very selective. Secure at least 75% to be eligible. Take your IELTS or TOEFL too. It is advisable you gain some work experience before applying for another Masters. I will also advice you go through university websites for program and admission details.
