Yes, B.Arch is good under UPTU. All the colleges are well-maintained and have a good placement records and also better facility and faculty members are there too. Last year, placements were around 2 LPA.

If the marks are of UPSEE , you'll easily get admission in BIET, Jhansi with a core branch.
If the marks above mentioned are of JEE Mains, then go for top NIT's or if not , then the nearest NIT - Allahabad , NSIT , IIIT- allahbad or NIT - Patna over HBTU and BIET . Best of luck.
