Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a full time four years course Offered by Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by NCTE.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with Minimum 50% Marks in Senior/Higher Secondary/+2 Level (HSC) or its Equivalent Examination from Science Stream/Discipline and belonging to Open/General Category or b) Candidates with Minimum 45% Marks in Senior Secondary/+2 Level (HSC) or its equivalent examination from Science Stream/Discipline and SC,ST, DT-VJ, NT 1,N.T.-2, NT-3, OBC, SBC category belonging to the State of Maharashtra c) Candidates from Outside Maharashtra State/Jammu& Kashmir Migrant Candidates belonging to all Categories will be considered as Open Candidate and eligibility of Open category candidate will be applicable to them, Minimum 55% Marks for all Categories.

In my opinion, definitely, B.Tech is better.
A B.Tech degree is a four-year degree. It enriches your practical knowledge and makes your CV look good. B.Tech includes a wide range of topics, a few of which are engineering math, basic and advanced biology, programming, chemical engineering, industrial biotech, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication, genetic engineering, immunology, biomedical engineering and instrumentation, etc. It's a degree that's so vast that you have many choices for your future career- a software engineer, manager, research scientist, teacher, a pharmaceutical biotechnologist, environmentalist, and so on. Basically, it gives you a chance to explore various fields and understand where your interests lie.
B.Sc. degrees, on the other hand, are domain-specific and are extensively theoretical. They take three years for completion and do not provide enough hands-on experience as compared to B.Tech.

CET is over so, now for admission to BBA-LLB, try private universities like LPU, JGLS, UPES, Symbiosis, etc. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of LSAT/ CLAT scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12 marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or LSAT/ CLAT or even during the course.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements.

Candidates should have passed Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana. Candidates have to get admission through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for VNR Vignana Jyoti Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad admissions 2018.
