No, for M.Tech, either you should have a Post-graduation Degree or Undergraduate Degree in a technical field that means B.Tech. You cannot go for M.Tech after your graduation however some universities still offer M.Tech of 3-year duration after your B.Sc.

Hi, For B.Sc courses, you need not appear for JEE since the exam is only for undergraduate engineering courses. Hence, you need to appear for the entrance test conducted by the institute in order to qualify for admission.
