With this score, it seems difficult for you to get Computer Engineering in VIT Pune. If any seat is vacant till last round, then you'll get a chance, that too for IT, I think. You should apply for ELEX or E&TC as well.

Best law college in India is NLU Bangalore then all other NLU follow. NLUs except NLU Delhi take admission through CLAT and NLUd takes admission through AILET. Other universities like BHU, JMi, AMu, ILI, GGSIPU, NMIMS, GLC Mumbai are also good all these provide 5 year law through their own exams. Pvt universities like amity is also good. The main problem with NLUs is that they are very expensive and students often take education loans, but after graduation since they all give excellent placements it all gets recovered.
